Keith Haring Vintage Skateboard
The English turned New York head-end art dealer, Phillips de Pury just sold a skateboard that Keith Haring doodled on back in 1987. Its of a guy ollieing over a baby, and it went for for $16,250. What recession? Phillips de Pury & Company’s global headquarters are located in Chelsea, the heart of New York’s gallery and arts district. This things awesome wish it was on my wall... (via)

I Looooveeeeee Goooooooolden Ferraris
A new Pininfarina project dubbed the"Golden Ferrari" has just appeared & it's apparently based on the 599 GTB. This beast also seems to have received inspiration from the Ferrari 330 LMB featured in the short film "Toby Dammit". Like the one-off P4/5 built for James Glickenhaus, the Golden Ferrari features unique Pininfarina styling with a definite retro flair. The most eye-catching detail is the car's exclusive open top design and a beautiful rear roll bar which fits exquisitely into the rear quarter panels. Although we can't be certain, the car likely uses the 599's 6.0-liter V12 engine which produces 620 horsepower.The car was apparently bought by Wal-Mart's CEO, Rob Walton, for an undisclosed amount of money. I've got my KUSH GREEN Ferrari coming on the way. (via)

Ferrari 599XX
My friend and I used to talk about "Murdering Out" a McClaren F1 and using it to ditch cops up in the hills. Nightrider shit, tinted everything, no license plates. Now we have moved onto this as our "just for the fun of it lets out run the cops" car. Based on the 599 GTB Fiorana, the 599XX features the latest application of Ferrari's extensive research in F1 racing to a road going car. It's clear on looks alone that the 599XX will be the most extreme version of this car to come from Maranello, and we don't even know what's been changed beneath its skin. "...its close links with the natural world. For a start, the rooms are not classical hotel bedrooms but individual cubes clad with wood, set 100 m from the hotel’s central nucleus on a hillside reached via a natural garden of rosemary and thyme. They are called kubes: 36 sq. m of simple, almost minimalist architecture. Black slate foor, a bathtub dug out of the selfsame foor, a bathroom with a separate shower, a suspended chimney, an armchair and a reading lamp.
Each cube has a large west-facing window and terrace, framing a view exclusively confned to rolling hills shrouded in pine trees, with not a single building in sight. Total privacy."
