Sarah Palin's IQ is Low?

I don't know if this is real or not, but the fact that I wouldn't be surprised if it was, means that there is a serious problem here. I wish I could say that this is fake and that the woman is smarter than this IQ test claims, but I can't. Assuming that the above is true, how did John McCain ever choose her? She is in the 12th percentile amongst Americans, seriously the 12th! Should she be the possible successor to the most powerful job in the world? It's literally a no brainer.
