Last nite, graffiti gremlin NECK FACE took advantage of some down time between billboard postings on the front wall of Hollywood fashion hotspot BARRACUDA to leave a note for freshly-inaugurated President OBAMA. Representing “la gente” to the fullest, Nasty Neck lets the Big O know his economic reform package should indeed be the first order of business this week: “we don’t need change, we need dollars, homie!” I don't know about you but I need a Change on my Dollars, HOMMIE!
