Tech Design | iHouse Smart Faucet

I think this is the kind of thing someone like Bill Gates has had in his house for like the last 10 years, but we are just seeing one now. The SmartFaucet by iHouse is completely unnecessary unless you run a multi billion dollar company, sleep exactly 11 minutes every night, use 2 cell phones at once and have 4 personal assistants. If you it fit this description, then the ability to check your email while washing your face in perfectly heated water, lit by LED's is perfect for you. Like something out of Demolition Man, the faucet uses facial recognition software, to recognize each user and automatically turns on the water to that user's preferred temperature and flow. The touchscreen on the top of the faucet can be used to check email, consult your calendar, check the weather or just remind you that you are loaded. Several different people can trigger the tap in different configurations, allowing all your mistresses to feel 'special'. The integrated LEDs illuminate showing the variation in water temperature, with a 'visually-intuitive' transition from blue to red, as heat rises. This is definitely not a must have, but it is a must-see, so here it is.
