FUTURE | Peugeot ELA Concept
Designed by Mohammad Ghezel, the Peugeot ELA is a concept car for the future. It’s green, mean and a blazing glory of fireball orange! Lemme explain, the vehicle is a hybrid of electro magnet and solar energy and runs on a thin surface of air. It’s not the first time that a designer has predicted that the future road surfaces will conform to the electro magnet tech used in trains. Anyways, the solar cells on the roof of the car provide the extra zing. Crazy little two seater, maybe we'll see something like this on the road one day, maybe we wont. More photos after the leap... The Black Widow table is made from aluminum, glass and carbon fiber that match innovative design and strong engineering contents. SPEED | 2010 Ducati Hypermotard 796
Getting a new Ducati is going to be slightly more accessible this year with the release of their Hypermotard 796. The lightweight 796 clocks in at a dry weight of 396lbs and will have a twin-cylinder engine capable of producing 81 horsepower and 55.7lb-ft of torque. It features an all-new Ducati 796 engine good for 81hp and incredible fuel mileage, an APTC "wet" clutch offering a slipper action to prevent rear-end destabilization during agressive down-shifting — perfect for stop-and-start driving — and either a matte black, matte white, or Ducati red finish. The Hypermotard 796 hits showrooms in late October and the price tag will be $9,995, not bad for an Italian beast! (via)
