Grant & Sinclair Architects created this ultramodern concrete home to utilize a number of sustainable features including a geothermal system, rainwater collection and use of solar panels. Main focal points for the design are views, access to the water, privacy and no view obstruction to uphill properties. Leased Ferrari will be housing its first ever "Blame Canada" party this summer at our new digs in Vancouver. More photos after the jump.
