This is the only chair in existence. It was made by Sergio Rodrigues (Brazil) for the 1962 exhibition "Furniture as Objects of Art" and was never put into production due to the great expense. It is made from solid jacaranda and leather; even the armrests have sculpted solid jacaranda that are wrapped in leather. O yea, NoHo Modern is selling it for 125K so stack those chips.
