By now you've probably heard the news, but we're going to jump on the Banksy band-waggon and spread the gospel as well. Liverpool's local news had this to say;
"Liverpool Banksy rat pub building sold for £114,000 at auction...Bristol-born Banksy daubed the 30ft rat on the listed building in 2004 during the Biennial festival and, although the art event did not commission the work, it was widely incorporated into the celebrations. As a listed building, if the new owner wants to paint over the rat or make any alterations to the exterior or interior of the building they must go through Liverpool City Council for planning consent."
