Leased Ferrari Canada Clubhouse
Grant & Sinclair Architects created this ultramodern concrete home to utilize a number of sustainable features including a geothermal system, rainwater collection and use of solar panels. Main focal points for the design are views, access to the water, privacy and no view obstruction to uphill properties. So we got bored on the Leased Ferrari Ranch and decided to build a new Treehouse last week. Not completely true, but if we did it would look something like this... Actually, Architect Michael Rantilla, a Senior Associate with the Freelon Group, designed this house for himself in a woodsy area south-west of Raleigh, North Carolina. To my surprise, and utter delight, today sitting at work when I arrived was an actual Banksy print. The title is 'Stop and Search' and its part of an edition of 500. This original screen print measures 76cm x 57cm and is hand signed by Banksy, on beautiful watercolor paper. This things so fucking rad! I want an original!

Fully Flared Remixed
Heaven was used in the acclaimed skate film Fully Flared directed by Spike Jonze and Ty Evans. The collaboration inspired the directors to take footage and re-edit a sequence of shots that shows the Lakai skateboarding team demonstrating their considerable skills as they navigate through and around various exploding obstacles.
